Here is what I have in terms of attendance at next week's board meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, September 17th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. EST. - Eric - maybe in person, but virtual if not - will let me know - Jamie - still on maternity leave - Todd - virtual - Kevin - haven't heard, but assuming in person since it will be held at ALA - Gwen - virtual - Chrissie - not able to attend - Cynthia - virtual, but can't attend past 3:00 - Meghan - in person - Christy - not able to attend and indicated she can no longer participate on the board and has recommended John Chick (CABEL) to replace her, but I haven't made contact with him yet - Rachel - haven't heard - Tom - haven't heard - Jody - haven't heard - Lauren (who will be taking over Todd's role on the board and serving as Treasurer) - in person - Laura (strategic planning facilitation team) - virtual If I haven't heard from you, please let me know by Wednesday. Officers: - Other than Lauren who is interested in fulfilling Todd's term on the board and serve as Treasurer, I haven't heard if other officers are interested in continuing in their role or if others would like to serve as an officer on the board - these are one year terms as I understand it, so President, Vice President and Secretary are still open and we'll need to vote on a slate at the board meeting. 2025-2026 Board - In terms of new board members, who will be voted on the following day at the Members Meeting: - Tom Nash has agreed to serve another term - Meghan McBride has agreed to serve another term - Lauren Osowski has agreed to fulfill Todd's term - John Chick - haven't heard yet if he's willing to fulfill Christy's term - Jake Hofstetter has agreed to serve on the board to fill a vacancy - Tony Peyton has agreed to serve on the board to fill a vacancy See you next week! *Jeffrey A.
